4. Ownership of Data

Representation on networks such as Laugh Social, Big Fun Fest (BFF), Comedy.ink, Rampantly, 3volution.me, and others is subject to change and may not always be available. The World Comedy Foundation does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to representation on partner networks and may modify or terminate such partnerships at its discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the World Comedy Foundation be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if the Foundation has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dayton, Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
